Are you right-clicking the PDF file name? If you right-click the PDF file name and select Save Link As, an error will occur and the file will not be downloaded.
The download dialog box will appear if you left-click the PDF file name. Specify saving the file to start the download process.

Please note the following when entering your user ID and password during login:
The password is case sensitive. (You can easily enter your password by copying and pasting it, but your password will not be accepted if a blank space is included in it during copying and pasting.) We recommend that you change your password from the Change Password Menu, after logging on to the website.
